Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us through this website.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, gtinfoservices.com, is operated by GT Info Services Private Limited (“GT Info Services”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a private limited company with its registered office at Office No. 2, Plot No. 41 & 42, Ground Floor, Bawana Road, Phase-3, Ishwar Colony, New Delhi, North West Delhi, Delhi – 110039, India.

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it, as they come into effect.

2. Information we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us through this website:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, years of experience, current location, your resume and any message you include.
  • Hire Talent form: your company name, contact person, email address, phone number and details of your hiring requirement.
  • Emails and calls: any information you include when you write to or call us.

We also receive limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data only for the purpose for which you provide it:

  • to respond to your enquiry and provide quotations or information about our services;
  • to assess job applications and contact you about suitable roles, with us or with our clients;
  • to understand and respond to hiring requirements from businesses;
  • to send you a confirmation email when you submit a form;
  • to protect this website against spam, abuse and security threats; and
  • to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

By submitting a form, you consent to us processing your personal data for these purposes. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

4. How form submissions are handled

When you submit a form, the details are sent by email to our team at [email protected]. This website does not use a database to store form submissions.

Resumes: resumes uploaded through the careers form are attached to the email sent to our recruitment team and are not stored permanently on the website server. The uploaded file is held only temporarily while the email is sent and is then deleted automatically. If an email cannot be delivered, a short record of the submission (without the resume) may be kept in a private, access-restricted log so that we can still respond to you.

Resumes are shared with a prospective employer only for roles you have applied for or agreed to be considered for.

5. Cookies

This website uses a single essential session cookie (named GTSESSID) on pages with forms. It is used to protect the forms against misuse and to keep what you typed if a form needs correcting. It is deleted when you close your browser.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads; please see Google’s privacy policy for details.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only:

  • with service providers who help us run this website and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • with prospective employers, in the case of job applicants, as described above; and
  • where required by law, court order or a government authority.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record. We keep job applications for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Information is then deleted unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all pages and forms, restricted access to emails and logs, spam protection and keeping our software up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if we become aware of a problem.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
  • withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data; and
  • raise a grievance about how we handle your data.

To make any request, including deletion of your data or your resume, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data request”. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adult job seekers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.

11. Links to other websites

This website may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
